"I found the restaurant to be very clean. I was very impressed with the portion size and how fresh the omelette was. My initial waitress was fantastic about keeping my refills up to date. She cashed out before I was done and wanted to be paid and that was sort of a buzz kill. The other waitress did not really focus on my refills the rest of the stay unless I asked. Overall, I would return. I'm just not a real fan of one server leaving halfway through my meal."

"This IHOP has amazing service. Went on a busy Sunday morning and had a 20 minute wait. Waitress was super friendly and took our order immediately upon sitting. We did face some delays in getting the food due to reservations popping up but she was very transparent and apologized for the delay. Food was delicious as always. This St. Louis location has friendly staff which made the visit worth it."

"This location can definitely use some updating. But the staff seems to work with what they have. That’s not the purpose of this review. This review is for Mandy. I arrived about 11:30 with my son on a very busy Sunday morning. Several parties waiting. For seating. People waiting to be listed to wait. A few servers brewing by here and there. And then Mandy came to check the list and get things updated and people seated. Once my son and I were in Mandy’s care we were in good hands. I watched Mandy greet each customer with a smile and a lovely charm in the midst of a very busy morning. She was kind, swift, and courteous. Thank you Mandy!"

"Great service it was empty and we got our food right away the lady even offered a way for us to package up our meals so we wouldn’t have to pay as much separately even tho this area gets a bad rep I like this location"

"Very nice/convenient location in South City(Lindenwood Park)neighborhood. The food was prepared perfectly. The hostess/server was very pleasant & efficient. Very clean inside (including men's bathroom). Ample parking. Definitely will be back."

"Stopped in for breakfast to kill some time before visiting the Budweiser brewery. It was a very quiet, cozy atmosphere and there were quite a few people for being around 10am. I got the 5 and some and it was delicious. I asked for another glass of milk, expecting to pay which is fine but the server said it was no charge. Service was great and the staff attentive. If we are ever in the area again and need a quick bite, this IHOP will definitely be on the shortlist."

"Haven’t been to IHOP in years but heard an add on the radio this morning featuring new $6 value meals. My partner and I love breakfast for dinner so I decided to check out the menu online when I got to work. I was genuinely impressed! We ordered the French toast value meal (complete with 2 eggs and 2 slices of ham) and the value ham&cheese omelette the size of a teacup Chihuahua. Both meals were fresh, perfectly cooked, and extremely filling. Total for our dinner tonight was $13 as we carried out. I almost wish we sat in though, as the entire restaurant is currently decorated for Halloween and it’s adorable. It really brought me back to the 90’s — very nostalgic. And the staff were wonderful. Very warm, professional, and prompt. We will definitely be back! This was a much needed win this week, thank you :)"
